Who follows you is far more important than how many follow you. Everyone is chasing lakhs and millions of followers. Big numbers. Big screenshots. Big ego boosts. But here’s the uncomfortable truth 👇 Most of those numbers don’t convert. I’ve seen creators with: • 100k+ followers • Viral reels • Massive reach …struggle to close meaningful business. And I’ve also seen the opposite. A smaller audience. But the right audience. People who: • Think deeply • Believe in personal & professional growth • Respect long-form conversations • Have the capacity and intent to invest in themselves That kind of audience will always outperform vanity metrics. 🎙️ This is exactly why podcasting works for me. On my podcast, I interview: Entrepreneurs, CEOs, Leaders, High-calibre thinkers. No clickbait. No shallow motivation. Just deep conversations that challenge how people think and grow. I don’t have a “huge” audience. But the people who listen understand depth. They don’t consume content for entertainment alone — they consume it for transformation. And because of that: • I’ve built strong relationships • I’ve created real authority • I’ve done great business • I’ve served incredible people 📌 Attention doesn’t build businesses. Alignment does.
