I'm David! I work within the Professional Services industry as a Global Director working closely to the Group Board. In addition to my core role within the business I'm also a Mentor to start up businesses via one of our partners and an internal Mentor and Coach for employees. I have found a passion through developing myself in sharing that with others to see them maximise their career opportunities, challenge their limiting beliefs and the barriers they put up, and the creation of an environment across the organisation where people feel in control of their current and future roles.
