Outsourcing content

I have an idea.
I see the weekly challenges post 3 to 5 video this week.
The hurdle I'm facing is the action required in creating the content, aka brainstorming, editing, producing, etc.
What about outsourcing it? Such as promoting other realtors' content/listings/etc.
Wondering if anyone's tried this already and why it does or doesn't work.
