I want to talk about something simple today. Anchors.
Not perfect habits. Not a 10 step routine. Just the few things that genuinely bring you back to yourself when life gets loud and overwhelming.
For me they are prayer in the morning / reading Bible the best, a glass of warm water before anything else, and at least a short walk outside, typically I take dogs for over a mile walk. Those three things are my anchors. Not glamorous. But they hold me steady.
What are your anchors? The small things you keep coming back to even when everything else falls apart?
