And I want to ask something honest... Have you ever found yourself reaching for food when you weren't actually hungry, and then wondered why you did that?
I think this happens to almost all of us at some point. And it's almost never about the food.
I've been sharing this week about what I call "primary food", the emotional, relational, and spiritual nourishment that either fills us up or leaves us searching.
So here's my Friday question for you: What are you actually hungry for right now?
