Can I share something that completely changed how I think about food and cravings?
I learned about this concept called primary food, and it's the idea that what truly nourishes us goes way beyond what's on our plate.
Things like our relationships, our sense of purpose, our spiritual connection (and more) these are our PRIMARY food.
When those are full? Eating becomes simple. When those are empty? We often reach for food to fill a gap it can't actually fill.
I think about this all the time.
So my question for you today is: which area of your life is feeling the MOST nourishing right now — and which one feels like it needs more love?
