Hi! 55yr old mama of 2 older teen/adults, married nearly 26yrs, enthusiastic walker & gardener with background in nursing & naturopathy: currently working in neither field due to various circumstances but always keen to learn more. I’ve been in menopause for over 5yrs now, currently have little interest in bedroom activities … my poor hubby, so we’d love support with that issue.
Introduction
Kia ora everyone, I live in the Northern Waikato, with a big messy garden, a tall engineer and 6 demanding cats! I never expected the impact changing hormones would have on my joints- aches and pains and much slower recovery are really impacting my gardening capacity! I'm looking forward to some ideas to ease the issues and move forward into the next stage.
