A lot of the weight we carry comes from holding everything inside— thoughts, emotions, stress that never fully gets expressed. So today, we start gently. 🖊️ Your prompt: What feels heavy in my life right now? Write whatever comes up. There’s no right way to do this. No need to organize it or make sense of it. Just let it out. Take 5–10 minutes if you can. And when you’re done, take a breath. You don’t have to carry it all in your head anymore.
