Build the Ultimate AI Receptionist for Dental Clinics (2.5+ Hour Build From Scratch)
In this video, I’m going to show you how to build the ultimate complex AI receptionist for dental clinics. We’re going to run through a full 2.5+ hour build, completely from scratch, showing you exactly how to create a real AI receptionist. We will be using Retell AI's conversational builder, to build a complex professional-grade voice agent, using their rigid conversational agent format. This will be one of my most complex builds I have done on the channel for Voice AI. Make sure to check it out!! all resources used in the video for free here: Link

I ahve started to build a miss call app, but struggle. Platforms like Twilio to power these types of solutions. However, due to regional and coverage limitations, I am specifically looking for a Namibia-based provider or alternative method that can offer similar functionality,: Voice services (triggering or detecting calls, missed calls, call status) - SMS services (sending automated follow-up messages) - Webhook or API callbacks (to notify my system in real time when a call or SMS event occurs)
Obstacles with my app
Hi All, I need some insight and maybe a push into the right direction. Most of my AI ventures comes to a halt since i am running into some infrastructure obstacles for my local clients in my country. Services like Twilio, Stripe, and other key APIs either have zero presence in Namibia or impose regional restrictions that prevent my applications from functioning as designed. My n8n automation workflows and AI systems depend on these integrations, but when I try to deploy for local clients, everything halts due to geographic limitations and i cant even approach clients without a workable solution I've invested significant time building the system and have clients interested, but I'm stuck at the deployment stage. Any guidance on how to architect around these geographical limitations would be incredibly valuable. Has anyone here successfully navigated similar challenges? What's the best path forward that maintains reliability while staying within boundaries?
