The last year I’ve been working on having a body knowing. Not just understanding what I write or teach, but feeling it. Listening has been my focus — and my integration. It’s different when the body leads. I’ve spent years thinking my way through awareness, but this season has been about listening my way through it. Listening to my book. Listening to my breath. Listening to what my body says before my mind decides what it means. That’s where the real integration has happened — in the quiet moments where I stopped trying to understand and started to receive.
