We’ve worked with 50+ contractors, focusing on strong results, low cost per lead, and automation to improve close rates. Leads are warm (from paid ads). The role is mainly closing on Google Meet calls (8–12 per day) + follow-ups if needed. We have a full system, CRM, scripts, and training — but we’re looking for experienced closers. Compensation is 20% commission per deal + bonuses, with a base option for proven performers.
