Cold Email vs. Cold calls
So i've been between both cold email and cold calls I've not seen too good results with cold emails, an i have a feeling on a call i could convince the prospect easier, what are your thoughts? I'd like to know from you guys. I'm not trying to do this on scale, i'm trying to gather around 10 low ticket clients.

Voicflow chatbot
Guys, I am making a chatbot on voiceflow that can connect with a spreadsheet where it can add and update information. No matter what I have tried I can not get it to be consistent on its work. Sometimes it acts right and most of the time goes complete random. It even gets the spreadsheet cells wrong most of the time when it has to add or update information. Has anyone built something similar or gone through these issues? I would appreciate your help as it's driving me insane!

Question about Voiceflow chatbot
I created a chatbot on Voiceflow that can check the inventory from a spreadsheet if a product is available and also collect the buyers information if he wishes to order on the spot and add the details to another spreadsheet. My problem now is that it acts so unpredictably, sometimes it says that its going to check the invetory to see if the product is in stock and procedes to do nothing. Sometimes it just ends the conversation, sometimes says that the phone number given by the costumer is incorrect when its correct and other times it works very good. Feels very unstable. How can I make it so that it has a more constant and predictable outcome?
