So.. I'm tryinng to connect retell to twilio for the Outbound calls. When i'm doing it works great, but idk why when I try to do the outbound from retell to twilio, it is not working here's the problem: telephony provider permission denied When I do the call FROM twilio it does work fine, to any number (acc is verified) so I guess the problem is w the connection, i did the elastic SIP trunking, hopefully some of you guys can help, thanks!!

So i've been between both cold email and cold calls I've not seen too good results with cold emails, an i have a feeling on a call i could convince the prospect easier, what are your thoughts? I'd like to know from you guys. I'm not trying to do this on scale, i'm trying to gather around 10 low ticket clients.

Well this might sound like a very dumb question but I truly don't know it. I'm totally new at this. How do you guys sell the automations? is it like you give them the json and they install it? they just pay you and give you the api keys? is there a platform to do it? Thanks for the help
