This is how I do it in a nutshell: 1. Funnel Approach - TOF (Awareness): Broad, human, relatable. Vlogs, raw stories, lifestyle clips → build trust & resonance. - MOF (Nurture): Problem-solving + personal stories. Show frameworks, answer questions → prove expertise. - BOF (Convert): Case studies, whiteboard breakdowns, client results → solve big pains, clear CTA to book. 2. Core Principles - Authenticity > Polish: Show real personality, leave imperfections in. - Emotional Hook: If it doesn’t make you feel, it won’t connect. - Proof → Promise → Plan: Show credibility, give a promise, then deliver insight. - 3:1 Rule: Three value posts for every direct CTA. - Professional but Human: Look sharp, but be vulnerable, funny, honest. 3. Execution (Weekly) - 7 long-form videos → 4 TOF, 2 MOF, 1 BOF. - 21 short clips repurposed (binge-worthy, punchy, story-driven). Plus it’s been used by countless others I’ve shared it with, so yep it's proven to work:) STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR HABITS ✍️ Start by identifying the habits that will actually move you closer to your business goal. • Write down at least 5 non negotiable habits that will actually move the needle not only make you feel productive • Circle your top 1 - 3 that will give you 80% of the results you want. Keep it simple - choose the amount of habits that feel too easy to start with. You can always make them harder later on. Don’t let it be hiden in your closet or somewhere! STEP 3: PRO TIPS FROM 2+ YEARS OF HABIT TRACKING ⚡ Writing your tracker is just the beginning. Real results come from actually using it the RIGHT way. 1. ELITE ACCOUNTABILITY 📸 Early on, it’s super easy to skip days - the habits aren’t part of your routine yet. Here’s the best thing I’ve found: Post daily photos of your tracker to people who are on the same mission. I spent months trying to find a group that actually cared.
