Hit the county courthouse this morning wearing my local college shirt (Zach’s tip) and told them I was working on a project with my “professors” Rick & Zach. Boom… doors opened. Pulled tax delinquent and probate there but also managed to get code violation list online. One super helpful lady even walked me through probate access on my phone. Now it’s time to organize and hit Reverse Driving for Dollars. Been in real estate for years, but this is my first time building my OWN list. If you’ve got tips for quickly sifting these lists drop them below. 🙌P.S. Trying to hit Level 4 to unlock the probate course help a fellow hustler out!

When I go out reverse driving for dollars (sticky notes on doors), I also look for other distressed houses and write them down. That way I’m reverse driving and driving for dollars at the same time best bang for your buck!
