Stress is my biggest challenge right now. Between work, family responsibilities, and trying to stay consistent with healthy habits, I often feel mentally overwhelmed. I notice that when my stress levels are high, everything else gets affected my hormones feel out of balance, my energy drops, cravings increase, and it becomes harder to stay consistent with my routine. I would really love guidance on how to better manage stress and support hormonal balance in a realistic way that fits into a busy life. I feel like stress is the root of many of the struggles I am facing with my health right now. Thank you for creating this space for honest conversations and support. 🤍
