Hello all, I'm just getting into this wholesaling thing and I am getting it as far as analyzing deals and coming up with a good offer for a property. The issue I am running into is providing Proof of Funds to secure a contract with a seller. What advice can anyone give to me? I am just starting off with limited funds in my business account to be able to provide proof and funds and EMD (I can provide some EMD, but not with multiple contracts at a time) so I can get some of these deals pushed through. Any advice is welcome!
