Buyer’s Contract
Hey guys. I remember Max saying he makes his buyers sign a contract. Does anybody else do this? I’d like some guidance in this.

I’ve seen where wholesalers are asking for 5K EMD non refundable. Is the wholesaler keeping the 5K EMD or depositing it with the Title Company?
