Thought id share, unsure of what to do here, pretty damaging to shops overall rating. Any suggestions on whether I should public reply?

Hi there maybe this has already been answered but I can't find it anywhere, order says it has been delivered and tracked , tracking number was also given to customer, customer saying they have not received and asking for a etsy credit refund. any ideas of how to go about this

Etsy asking me for my.vat id, I have 10 days to do this or my account goes into holiday mode. where do I find this. I have just applied to be a sole trader, will I get this when that comes through and is all verified?
