Do you think to coach others you need to figure out all of your problems first?
When listening to many coaches out there, I got the feeling, that they’ve made it. Their story is often: “My life was so bad, but then I learned X,Y,Z and now its all sunshine behind me” I’ve followed many programs, because I wanted to feel the way they described. In the end I was often wondering: “Am I too stupid for this?” I have learned many tools to help people, opening their Akashic Records, Hypnosis, Positive Psychology, etc. What kept holding me back, was that I always waited for that state, where I’d have figured it all out, to present myself as this person, who “made it”. I love people, who despite of having a coaching business show up authentic, vulnerable and real. I think sometimes it’s very empowering, that others share our struggles, destructive thoughts and not so good habits, which make us human. In all this “becoming the best version of me” dynamic I enjoy those connections, where imperfection is nothing to get rid of, but something to accept for the sake of authentic self-love. I’m really curious… what’s your perspective on that?

@George Williams We all have our challenges and ups and downs. I think we can help others and also be grateful when someone helps us every now and then. As I tend to have huge expectations towards myself I am considering the conversation here as very helpful & supportive. Many of the answers people gave me here are now present in me, helping me to skip my perfectionism and just enjoy supporting people. It doesn't have to resonate with you, but I am grateful for it 🙏

@George Williams No worries, I didn't take it as a personal critique. Its definitely a prerequisite and the question here is rather "how much do you expect yourself to have it all sorted out". Wish you all the best!
Now is the perfect time to start....
Hi all 🤩my name is Terri and I am brand new to this community. I am excited to be here and grateful for the opportunity. I have taken a break from coaching due to a close family bereavement but now is the time for me to get stuck back in and helping others through my coaching. This programme and community will support me and motivate me to get back to doing what I love.😍 5 things about me: ✨I believe in Magic ✨I trust my intuition ✨Music is my therapy ✨Tarot is my best friend ✨I will dance until I die.

Hey @Teresa Regent Welcome to this lovely community 🥳 I believe in magic, too 🧙‍♀️ I keep learning everything I can about witchcraft to reawaken all that ancient wisdom in me 🥰 + I love my tarot cards... And all the other oracle decks, I think around 50 😁 Have a great start and enjoy supporting people with your coaching!
Collective wisdom around discipline
Has anyone else been struggling with discipline? What helped you master it? In a hypnosis session I found out, that the reason I wanted to experience life on earth was to learn discipline. Well... I`ve been on my path training this muscle, but I`d be curious what helps you guys to live discipline? Did anyone have a needle mover experience he`d like to share?

@Adam Szafrański Thats also a great summary, thank you! I think we have to give the rewards to ourselves, right? When we are waiting for others to give us these rewards it might not work. I love Eds System with giving points to hold track. Is there anything you do to give yourself rewards for your progress?

@Adam Szafrański Thank you very much for sharing this! I need to let this concept sink in and find my way to live it. It's very interesting to go for the dopamine hit and produce it consciously 🙏
