🎉 The 12-Week Year is Coming to This Group in February
I just posted a new video all about how the 12-Week Year has totally changed the way I plan, stay focused, and actually get things done without the burnout spiral. This is just the first video. More are coming to explain why this method works and why you might want to do a 12-week year, too. @Lise Lively @Yvonne Ankarberg @Megan Holley @Meeta Bhatt, and I have about 4 weeks left in our current 12-week year. And I've decided to host the next one here in this group! Here's what's coming up: ✅ 12 Week Year Kickoff in February ✅ Weekly asynchronous check-ins ✅ 3 Mastermind sessions around our 12-week goals - The kickoff session will be live and free for all members for 7 days - After that, the replay and full experience will move into the Premium tier. You can upgrade here. If you’ve been wanting more structure and momentum without the pressure of doing it all alone, this is for you. But first, this week, there is a Reflect + Vision Session Check the calendar for the timing in your time zone. It’s all about reflecting on 2025 and getting clear on your big annual vision. That way, your 12-Week goals are rooted in something that really matters to you. I’ll be sharing more details soon, but I wanted to give you a heads up. Let me know in the comments if you’re thinking of joining the February round and what your goals might be. I’m excited to continue to build alongside you.

I just started reading this book on the 1st chapter.
It’s Friday
And I’m giving my self GRACE for starting the new year slow. The struggle is real AND continued self-talk works wonders. I am not behind. I am exactly where I am supposed to be. How about you? Are you giving yourself the same grace you would give a friend? Burn Bright, Not Out

My focus in 2026 is learning to slow down when I start to fill tired

Today I had the honor of being coached by @Evelyn Weiss and wow… what a gift. Many of you already know Evelyn. She is incredible. Grounded, sharp, and deeply generous with her insight. The coolest part is that she was coaching me around this community. She took time to look around, talk through tiers, structure, and how this space can serve you even better. Not surface level advice. Real, thoughtful guidance. I cannot wait to implement what we talked about. First, I need to get this summit video filmed. 🤣 Then it is full focus on this Skool and bringing those ideas to life. Evelyn, we are so glad you are here. Truly grateful to have you in this space with us. Everyone, help me give her a warm welcome 👋 It is a good day to have a good day.

Welcome @Evelyn Weiss !!
THANK ME LATER 🎉
Happy New Year. I opened Skool today and saw a lot of Day 1 energy. New goals. New plans. New everything. And it reminded me of something from my teaching days. We used to end a unit right before a break and start a brand new one the moment students returned. It sounded good on paper. Fresh start. Clean slate. Day 1. But it was a terrible idea. There was no time to reflect on what students had actually learned. No time to integrate. No space for teachers to prepare without sacrificing their break. Day 1 always felt rushed, heavy, and strangely ungrounded. New Year resolutions often work the same way. We close December. Skip reflection. Skip rest. Then demand clarity and performance on January 1. This year, let’s do it differently. Let’s make this year great by pausing. By reflecting. By starting slow on purpose. That’s what I’m doing today. I’m working on the calendar. Mapping out our goal setting workshops. And building a VIP tier for Amazon sellers who want deeper support this year. Nothing frantic. Nothing forced. Just thoughtful setup so the rest of the year feels steady. If you’re not sprinting today, you’re not behind. You’re preparing. Thank me later.
THANK ME LATER 🎉

Pause and reflect sounds like me. I set my goals for 2026 the first week of January because doing it at the end of the year seems rushed and busy for me.
