Your heart beats without effort. This proves that unconditional provision exists. It's already operating in you. At the most fundamental level of survival, you are held. Now. This doesn't mean food will magically appear. It doesn't mean you stop working. It means the terror of being cosmically alone, of having to earn existence itself, is based on a lie. The most essential things were given. You are not abandoned. From that foundation—not from desperation, but from being held—you act. You still work. You still seek food. But you're no longer an orphan screaming at a silent sky. You're the living presence itself, moving through the world, finding what it needs. The same presence that beats your heart also knows how to guide you to bread. I've been mapping the steps it takes to move between acute survival and resting in that awareness, and realizing this truth was a fundamental, essential piece to internalize. I just wanted to share this here in case someone needed to hear it today. 🧚🏼‍♀️

Setting boundaries still feels hard? So let’s stop with vague “self love” for a second. Try this instead: What have you always given others so naturally? acts of services? prioritize? listen? Your unconditional love in other words PRESENCE. Your deep compassion. Your ability to just be there with love. And when they came to you with mixed signals… confusion… “poor me” stories… even when it was objectively unfair… What did you do? You embraced them. You accepted them. You held space with unconditional love anyway. You didn’t need a ritual. You didn’t need to earn it. You just gave it. It wasn't difficult. You just did it naturally. But... Who gave that to YOU? Who hugged you when you really needed? Who really listened to you when you really needed? Who gave you that unconditional, safe, loving space? Now turn that inward. Give yourself the same healing presence you’ve been giving everyone else your whole life. You KNOW how to do it. You are a PRO at this at this point. Be with your mind, body just holding unconditional love and space That’s self love. No need of words like meditation No need to make it complicated It is not Just do that ONE SIMPLE THING you are a PRO doing to others. Nothing new to learn…just shift the DIRECTION. It's your turn beautiful loving YOU "it's my turn loving XX (your name)"

Does anybody here consider themselves as HSP (aka Empath, intuitive)? I find it hard to find people like that around and would be nice to know.
