My garage gym has evolved a ton over the years. Through it all, all 3 of my daughters grew up in the gym, even before they could walk. There is no AC. It gets dusty like EVERY SINGLE DAY. But this is where I’ve trained no matter the goal, and it’s kept me on track. I want to focus less on ignoring alcohol and more on my goals that don’t include alcohol. I’m ready to get back into powerlifting, and my youngest daughter is going to compete with me in the teen division. Mostly I want to stay strong, keep a clear head, and grow some monster quads. It’s time for the next step in this journey. ☺️
