Hi Warriors! 👋 Hope you all had a wonderful weekend! Mine was a busy one on Saturday I got to join a pretty big social event with athletes from Zürich, which was really cool. Then Sunday workshop, which is why this check-in is coming a day late. But you know the drill... consistency is key. 😄🔥 So tell me how's training going? Are we progressing? Drop it in the comments! --- 📌 Quick tip for anyone new here or new to Skool: You can search for posts and content directly in the search bar. Try typing "handstand" or "push ups" and you'll find all related posts and discussions. Super useful for navigating the community as we keep growing! Check the link below for a bit more info on how it works: https://www.skool.com/calisthenics-made-easy-8541/did-you-know?p=efa0da33 Wishing you all a wonderful day! Saludos, Coach G

Finished the fourth week of the pullup challenge. Ended up doing 584 pullups in a month. I'm getting lazy to continue but I will keep the cadence
Lead by example
My son has been heavily inspired by me doing pull ups at the park when he's playing he bars. Today while taking the metro he successfully completed three reps. This one wasn't the best, the next rep was pretty good. Yeah budday!

🔥How bad do you want it?
Hi Warriors, Nine years ago I saw an Inverted Muscle Up on YouTube for the first time. I knew immediately: I want to learn that. It took me nine almost 10 years until I got it.😮‍💨 You read that right! I'm telling you this because I want you to understand that moments like these don't happen overnight. And that's completely fine. There were phases where I was close. Phases where nothing worked. Months without any noticeable progress. Moments where I genuinely wondered if it would ever happen. Calisthenics is honest. Your body doesn't lie. And that's exactly what makes it so special. If you're currently working on a skill that feels out of reach... keep going! The journey will teach you a lot about yourself... What's your current "nine year skill"? The one you want to learn no matter how long it takes. 👇

sick man, you look even better than the reference video. 10 years. That's called patience, in a world where we want everything solved in 3 months

@George Santos true words. I often want to rush things, as I get older it's a bit better but still far from it. Doing difficult things is a great way to remind ourselves of this. I'll try to add some difficult move to my workouts
Travelling was no excuse to slack off
Still going strong with the pull up challenge. I was lucky enough to find this amazing spot by the beach in Singapore with a pull-up bar. Managed to get two sessions of 50 pull ups + 100 push ups. I didn't fast in the trip since hotel breakfast was not great. First day I ate 9 boiled eggs and some fruits. Slowly the number of eggs declined and by the last and fifth day, I could only stomach 5. But I walked a lot and exercised and had a great time with my son, so overall pretty happy about it. Last photo is of my meal today.

@George Santos thanks! Yeah he climbs a lot in the bars, our favorite is still top rope. Recently he got an interest in pullups and I'm assisting him, but I feel his workout is way tougher than mine (climbing up, hanging, etc.)

Hi Warriors! Last week I was seriously productive and I can’t wait to share it with you. 🔥 Three new YouTube videos are on their way: 💪 0–100 Pull-Up Progressions 🤸 Handstand Tutorial for Complete Beginners 🔥 8-Minute Follow-Along Core Workout In the meantime here’s a little compilation from today’s training. Neither satisfied nor dissatisfied with today’s performance. But I’m just happy to be moving and doing things that once seemed impossible. 😮‍💨 And honestly that’s what it’s all about. Now I want to hear from you! 👇 How was your week? Any wins or setbacks to share? Drop it in the comments, every update counts. We’re all in this together. 🤝 Saludos, Coach G #gogetit #youcantoo #progressnotperfection

Went on a trip to renew my passport with my son to Singapore and we walked 15k steps every day, plus I kept my 50 pulls + 100 pushups routine. Sleep was also pretty good too, it was nice to be at a hotel and not have to worry about my usual stuff. BTW your workout is impressive George 👏
