7/27/24 I started off 17 pounds overweight. I lost 7 pounds this week. I have 10 more to go. The weight gain started with menopause , this time about six months ago. A couple years ago I was able to lose weight from menopause with medication. I do not want to do medication. Not an option for me.

What's a "program" that keeps repeating even though it is working against you. You know the one that you said, "I won't ever do that again" the last time you did it.... Managing my time with my busy life is key. Keep a to do list and chk off things as I go. This is a priority. With all my other priorities. lol :)

Over the past couple of days, we passed the 100-member mark - and I want to thank all of our founding members! Our goal as a whole in the next year or two is to make it to the top #100 in our category. I know this will take some time, but it's worth it. Why is this important? I've created this workshop, and it's waiting for you to dive in and start shrinking your belly line and losing weight with natural, authentic hormone alignment.
