Lead gen performance this February 2026?
Hey folks, Just trying to work out where things stand with some of my accounts. I've noticed that 3-4 in particular have had some crazy CPMs and very inconsistent lead generation results. E.g. a bunch of nice leads ($10) for my high ticket programs for 1-2 days, then 0 for 1-3 days after. Anyone else experiencing this volatility? (Or do I just suck... haha)

I've recently had that with my Real Estate investor client. Results flopped on February and when I checked the same month last year it was the same before picking up back at March.
Fast track free trail question
Hi Liam @Liam Casey . So I'm about to set my fast track free trial and from the lessons, you mentioned the idea is to get leads pouring in within 7 days. Now, I'm in the real estate seller niche - selling properties for real estate companies/agencies. Would you advise that I use a direct to offer approach for our free trails when advertising, or should I go the lead magnet route?

@Odunayo Oyebode You can create an AI text agent there, and try to per-qualify the lead, by asking a few questions and send the leads that have answered them all properly

Quick shout out to my client @Krish Patel who hit $43K/m in his agency a few monthly ago (probably more now, correct me if I'm wrong haha) Krish is a perfect example of what happens we you don't reinvent the wheel and just implement the fundamentals and stick with it. Krish restarted his agency from scratch about 6 months ago and is on his way to hit $50K/m if he's not already there. He picked an established niche > made a subtle improvement to the core offer > ran paid ads to get inbound leads > booked calls consistently from those leads > closed clients every month. Everyone I am working with right now in the mastermind doing $30K - $50K/m & up is doing the same thing. Don't reinvent the wheel. Scaling an agency doesn't have to be hard if you follow the right process. @Kelly Stephens That's interesting! is it a service you are able to charge a recurring fee? It sounds more set-up project based. Are you also managing campaigns for them i.e. Meta/Google ads?

Fast Track Free Trial Question
When running these trials in your own ad account, is it assumed that your ad account is already able to spend, say $600, in ad spend in 7 days? The account should already be able to be at that level? Isn't there a cap on daily spend limit for newer accounts?
