You can schedule a call with @Michael Mignogna at It's paid though, but you get an hour with him so I think it's worth it. I'm saving up to speak with him once I get a client so we're in the same boat. Hope that helps!
Optimizing for Quality Leads Not Low Quality Leads
@Michael Mignogna Having dug into your videos. It’s easy to see why your seeing the kind of success you’re achieving. Obvious question I’ve gotta ask is how do I notify FB of my quality leads and tell it to put my ads in front of more people like that and how do I notify FB of my low quality leads and tell it to stop putting my ads in front of people like that? I heard you speak of this layer. Can you share the answer to that or point me in the right direction to find it?

@Hugues Geryl I don't agree. The way metrics work inside of Facebook is actually pretty simple. If it achieves the goal you optimise for it's labeled as a "good lead". That being said, you need to know what you optimize for and you need to make sure that you are optimizing for the right thing. CAPI actually give you the opportunity to integrate with GHL and have it fire for any trigger you would want. For e.g. when a lead books an appointment it would indicate to FB that this person booked a meeting and its algorithm can find similar people to better your results. FB wants you to succeed, you just need to be able to tell the system what you actually want :) p.s. If you don't have a track record of serving roofing companies, don't expect someone to allow you to handle their leads. Serve leads only first and then start booking appointments and only then you can apply what you said.

Hey guys! What's a CTR you've deemed normal in the roofing niche? Given the fact you're advertising to a big service area (Austin, TX in my case), not everyone would need a roof and not everyone would click on your ad. But I was wondering what would be a base where you would say: "alright, I need to test new creatives as those don't work out". Thanks

I am running ads for a roofing contractor in Austin, TX and so far for 3 days, I've gotten him one lead. Assuming I will land another one today which will bring the CPL to around $75. But if it doesn't happen, it will be around 150-200, which is not optimal. I do suspect it has something to do with the way I set up the ad set which is the part I will figure out. What I wanted to learn from you guys is the following: - what is the average CPL you've found the best in terms of quality vs. quantity of leads. I hear 50-100 is good with the HOPE framework I am using. (I want to understand that to know when to cut off an ad set). - How soon you start seeing results for the ads? Does it take a week to take off and then once Facebook finds a lead or two, it knows who to look for and it starts to scale? (I want to understand that so I have expectations to set in front of clients and most importantly in front of myself so I don't get disappointed.) - What offers have you seen convert the best and result in the most amount of leads, of course, taking in consideration the quality of those leads? - Do you send your ads for approval to your clients? To anyone who is able to answer me: I am sincerely grateful as it removes some emotional pressure from myself and allows me to set the correct expectations. I'll try to make it up for you! Cheers :)
