Mental Health Awareness Month Build: I Couldn’t Hold This One Back 🖤
I’m so excited about this, I honestly couldn’t wait until it was “perfect” to share it with you. It’s Mental Health Awareness Month, and while we’re all in here building our tools, brands, offers, apps, income, and AI-powered systems… we can’t forget what makes all of that possible: our mind. our peace. our self-care. our ability to keep going! 😩🙌🏽 So I built something special for us. It’s called Mind ReCentered — a private wellness + self-care app designed to help you pause, reset, breathe, find resources, and feel less alone while you’re building. It’s still in BETA, so there will absolutely be tweaks along the way, but I wanted to release it to you all first — my founding members. Because this is OUR app! I want this to become a safer, softer, more supportive space for people who are building big things while also carrying real life behind the scenes. Inside, you’ll find things like: ✨ daily check-ins (building this in now) ✨ affirmations ✨ coping tools ✨ self-care resources ✨ connection features ✨ wellness support ✨ referral/credit ideas ✨ and more features I’ll keep building as we test it This is why YAMS exists: Awareness is not just about getting more people to notice our brands, our Skool communities, our apps, or our offers. It’s deeper than that. It’s also about becoming more AWARE of ourselves — our energy, our patterns, our capacity, our triggers, our stress, our needs, and the moments when we’re trying to build from burnout instead of alignment. 👀 Because let’s be real: if our mind is not okay, our creativity, confidence, consistency, and decision-making will feel it too. We can build the tools. We can launch the brands. We can grow the income. We can create the systems. But we also need systems that help us check in with ourselves, care for ourselves, and come back to center when life gets heavy. That’s why Mind ReCentered is here to support. 🫶🏽
