I'm starting to get people calling me now! Just had a phone call this afternoon with a potential client who is needing EMD for a Wholesale deal he's executing out of state. We talked about pricing, timing, and requirements and said "You have the best pricing I've come across and you answered all my questions. I'm definitely going with you." Should be seeing a request coming through my white label site in the next day or so.

Would love to team up with other active lenders, I mainly want to stay in the transactional funding for now. I do have capital to deploy and I am willing to use it on your deals, as long as you're willing to help walk me through the process start to finish, evaluating, contacts, whole deal Comment and I'll reach out 2026 goal -be more active within the group -connect with other lenders -learn till I feel comfortable doing deals on my own
