I am working on manifesting and leaving those negative thoughts behind. BUT, by nature I am a total catastrophizer! How do I stop the intrusive, anxious thoughts from creeping into my mind?? I'm sure once I start manifesting more things, that will get easier but here I am worrying that my own mind is going to sabotage me! Would love your thoughts, Kim. :)
