In my head a lot. Feeling into a lot of emotional pain. It’s not easy, but still haven’t checked out.

Tough day as a lot of inner pain coming up with feelings of rejection & abandonment. Stayed with the discomfort as best I could tho the urge was to checkout. I didn’t. This is perfect timing for me.
