Tecnam P2008 MKII Acquired
We did it again guys! We just got this 2021 P2008 for a client. We were able to handle the entire acquisition process from forcing the Airplane to negotiating the deal to taking delivery in the most tax advantage strategy possible and now it is here and we are starting the advertising and marketing to get it set up for Lease.

🔥 Another One! Congratulations to Diego on His New Piper Archer II! 🔥 Big congrats to Diego on his new Piper Archer II acquisition — another major win for our growing Aviation Ape and Right Rudder Aviation family! We sourced this airplane all the way from California, navigated the entire acquisition process, and even structured the deal in the most tax-friendly way possible to avoid paying California sales tax. 💼✈️ And here’s the best part — this bird just arrived from the engine shop with a brand-new, zero-time engine ready to be broken in and start producing flight hours! This Archer II will be leased right here at Right Rudder Aviation in Inverness, Florida, where it will begin its new life training the next generation of pilots and creating passive income for its new owner. 🚀 Another deal done. Another airplane flying. Another dream realized. Congratulations again, Diego — welcome to the Aviation Ape family of aircraft owners! #AviationApe #RightRudderAviation #ArcherII #AircraftLeasing #AnotherOne #PassiveIncomeInAviation #GodfatherOfAircraftLeasing #Momentum

Getting started with business structure
Hello everybody, We are looking forward to leasing out some airplanes. It seems wise to have each airplane in a separate holding company, probably a Wyoming LLC. Is that the kind of thing you all are doing? Any do's or don't's from folks further ahead on the path?

I don’t think the state matters..WY is good for confidentiality though. I just use state of residency for tax purposes to avoid extra work.
