The biggest block for my team has been creating their own workflows using AI tools. They stick to one tool, yet, AI is best used when you combine specific models and what they are EXTREMELY good at. The fact of the matter is that even if I show them different workflows and how to use them. It’s similar to a new habit but with the difference that you can follow best practices but ultimately you use these tools in your own way. Aside from presentations, videos and guides/sops, what are other techniques you have found success with to get team members to adopt AI tools?
