My business would grow faster if I simply __________. No overthinking. Just answer honestly. Many times the barrier to growth isn’t strategy… it’s the moment of clarity we’ve been avoiding. Let’s hear it.

@Christina Howard You’re right—keeping the main thing the main thing is where real progress happens, and I’ve had to check myself on that. It reminds me of WOCS school—we had 20 lbs of tasks in a 5 lb bag to carry everything, but we still had to get it all done. Now I stay focused by locking in my top 2–3 tasks first, using time blocks with an alarm, and committing to a hard stop. If it doesn’t move the needle, delegate it or schedule it later. This has helped me stay locked in, protect my time, and cut out those late nights that aren’t sustainable in the long run.

@Tm Hyman Yes indeed and it feels like a scene from the movie 🎬 SAW! 😟 The countdown however looking forward to the next chapter.
How Leaders Learn to Think Clearly Under Fire
Most leaders don’t lose clarity because they’re not smart enough. They lose clarity because pressure changes how they process. I learned this the hard way in corporate leadership — pressure doesn’t remove your intelligence… it overrides your sequence. Under pressure, most people: react → decide → justify Clear leaders: stabilize → frame → decide → communicate Quick field reset you can use immediately: When pressure spikes, pause and ask: “What exactly is the decision right now — not the whole problem?” Not the drama. Not the noise. The decision. Clarity returns fast when the decision is isolated. Pressure is not the enemy. Untrained pressure response is. Where do you feel pressure distort your thinking most — time, money, people, or visibility? — TM Hyman

For me, it’s time — especially when deadlines are approaching, and everything feels urgent at once. I welcome it and take it on; however, that’s when my thinking can drift from “what’s the right decision” to “what can I knock out fastest.” When knocking things out as fast as possible, I feel like I have accomplished something to cross off the "To-Do List". I’ve learned that speed without clarity just creates rework 🤔.

I’m glad you’re bringing this to light because I believe the Scarcity Mindset was learned over time through our upbringing. Thank you 🙏🏽 for addressing this issue and raising awareness.
