Been on quite the journey with this group The original idea: I thought this group would be all about Identity Shifting (that was the original name) I had changed my entire life around when I really understood the concept of As within, So without and applied it. The problem you wanted to solve: I saw so many people who had read all the self development/manifestation books stuck with no results because they were not applying what they had read. I origninally wanted to help everyone I could but narrowed to entrepreneurs as they had the most agency and urgency to actually get results. I wanted to solve that internal inconsistency. Your first goal: Help 5 people shift their Identity to embody success in one tangible measurable outcome. This would validate the idea and provide the social proof to grow. What surprised you: Leading with the process and not the outcome was a mistake 😂 Lesson learned. The biggest surprise to me was that the standards of the community became the product people were paying for. It makes perfect sense in retrospect but was a blind spot when I started out. What you’d tell past-you: 1) Be Clear not Clever! 2) Focus on the member experience and getting them to the desired outcome. They will tell you what they need. 3) Collaborate more and create more win-win-win situations.
