The way it helps me manage my ADHD. After my first session my mind was still for the very first time in 45 years. I wasn’t yet diagnosed, but the stillness I sat with, the lack of feeling a compulsion to change my experience- even for just a moment was life changing. It was then I realized that I could have, live and be everything I thought wasn’t for me.
