Today’s invitation is to notice your breath during a moment of stress or tension. This could be something small: • replying to a message • rushing somewhere • feeling frustrated or overwhelmed Pause for a moment and simply observe: Did your breath change? Did it pause, speed up or tighten? Just noticing is enough. Drop a comment below if you caught a moment today where your breath shifted.
