We hosted our first ReWild Social Event at AlignWellness in Dublin, Ireland last Thursday evening for our graduates. We had a night of guided Breathwork in the sauna/cold plunges guided by yours truly & lots of laughs & connection. We nerded out on all things breath, business & collaboration. This is what we will build more of in our community, it's just the start! Thank you all for being a part of it. Where should we have our next social!??!?!?

Hey you beautiful breathing people, I am looking to shadow or assist anyone in or near the north county San Diego area.
