Yasssss πŸ€ πŸ™ŒπŸ» I'm commiting to saying no when something doesn't benefit my mental health. It sounds selfish, but for so long, I've just said yes to please everyone else and IT'S SO DRAINING 🫠πŸ₯΄ I am putting myself, my marriage, and my kids first πŸ‘ŒπŸ»πŸ˜ And "myself" means making sure I'm hitting these lifts as hard as possible this month before my cut next month πŸ’ͺ🏻
