I give up....
Somebody at this legal conference I'm in yesterday and today asked me what YouTube was... And here I was thinking about how lawyers are ripe for implementing voice AI agents.
I give up....

Exactly, @Pamela Moren! Sounds like a blue ocean opportunity! If the incumbents are that far behind technically, they won't see this coming! Now, where to start…?

Welcome, everyone! There is so much to learn here. Hope you take the time to grow deep. 📈
Intellectual Property 101 for AI Entrepreneurs
Most founders think “I bought it, so I own it.” Not quite. The fastest way to tank your valuation—or let a contractor walk off with your code—is skipping the IP basics. In my new video, I break down (tactically, not theory): - 🔤 Trademarks: naming that actually protects your brand (™/℠/®—when to use which) - © Copyrights: the “work-for-hire” myth + how to lock down contractor-created assets - 🛡️ Trade secrets: prompts, datasets, and workflows—what to share vs. keep in the vault - 📥 DMCA takedowns: how to get copycats removed from platforms (fast) - 📃 Licenses: internal vs. commercial use, per-user vs. enterprise, and open-source “gotchas” (MIT/Apache vs. GPL) - 👉 Watch it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=79SVy_yNlbY Question for you: What’s the one IP area you’re least confident about right now—trademarks, contractor ownership, or open-source compliance? Drop it below and I’ll point you to the right next step.

An amazing amount of great information again, @Tatyana Gray Etkin! Thank you!
💪 Goals Monday
New week... New challenges... Let's share what we're all tackling this week and how. Remember, small consistent action over time gets you the best results. DROP YOUR ANSWERS BELOW ⬇️ 🔹 My Focus for This Week: What’s the one thing you’re showing up for? 🔹 Why It Matters: Tie it back to your bigger picture—your exit, your family, your freedom. 🔹 One Thing I Will NOT Do (Optional): What’s getting the “no” this week so you can stay focused? You don’t need a perfect plan—just the next right step. THEN: ✔ Encourage someone else’s goal—comment, cheer, or high-five. ✔ Circle back Friday and share your wins.

@Tatyana Gray Etkin, new ideas are my kryptonite, too! Sounds like staying focused would do the most to drive your business forward. I'm cheering for you! Do you have a system for avoiding distractions?

@Muskan Ahlawat, those are terrific goals. Sounds like you're ready to rock the week! What is your biggest challenge, the study or the automation? Or something that blocks you?
Legal Office Hours Recording
We held our first ever Legal Office Hours with Attorney Tatyana! 👍 The recordings will go under the course (unlocks at Level 2). But I wanted to tease everybody with it. This is designed to be a brief training on one narrow issue with some practical application. Hope you enjoy! As always, your feedback is much appreciated as I build this community to be the best legal resource for AI entrepreneurs in the world (or at least on Skool). 🚀

@Tatyana Gray Etkin, you can also increase readability for people watching by simply making the window you're displaying smaller. Instead of big margins on both sides, narrow to fit the page content and then shorten until it approximately fits that 9:16 ratio. Your audience, especially on smaller screens, will see the content much more clearly.

@Aaron Anderson I agree! I'm not in a position to use the information (yet!), but seems extremely valuable.
