How to prevent leg cramps?
Hi I did my first hyrox in december. I do crossfit and last year I Almost never ran besides short runs in wods. Now i run 5k once a week. I am not super fit but I was happy about my hyrox untill the lunges. Running around 6m/k was target. During I lunges I got severe leg cramps so i need to see medic for ice. Giving me extra time in Rox zone and my last run took 17min.... ending up with total time of 2h4m. I have next hyrox 28 of march. I hope to get 1h45. How do I prevent the cramps. What can I start doing to get my goal?
