This one is important What do you want your sleep to do for you? Journal on it if you need to, or write the first thing that comes to you. Or what do you want most this year? Can be anything. You’re just so tired of it or not having it or feeling something you don’t want to or want something badly.. that deep in gut feeling you just know. Ex. After my divorce and much stress I had so much brain fog.. I could feel myself slipping into numbness if I didn’t find a way to get my headspace back, so I wanted mental clarity so bad (and to stop repeating patterns of self-sabotage) I wanted sleep to heal my brain. Distill yours into a simple ONE statement.
