Greetings! Well I was able to identify my contribution to the lack of proper sleep. I have to be intentional about preparing myself for sleep, at least an hour before bed. No electronics!!

Woke up today thinking about tonight, and who are the first ones in and who I always attracted in my spaces— you the advanced sensitive souls, with your body catching up. What do you want sleep to do for you this year?
This one is important What do you want your sleep to do for you? Journal on it if you need to, or write the first thing that comes to you. Or what do you want most this year? Can be anything. You’re just so tired of it or not having it or feeling something you don’t want to or want something badly.. that deep in gut feeling you just know. Ex. After my divorce and much stress I had so much brain fog.. I could feel myself slipping into numbness if I didn’t find a way to get my headspace back, so I wanted mental clarity so bad (and to stop repeating patterns of self-sabotage) I wanted sleep to heal my brain. Distill yours into a simple ONE statement. You might need to refine it until you get that one statement of intention or you will just know right away. 🖤 Keep this one to yourself for now until our call.

For me, I want to sleep uninterrupted for 6-8 hours. I also want to dream and remember my dreams.

@Maria Carbonell I usually get downloads in my dream state from my ancestors or my higher self, but only when I’m in deep sleep. I also want to reap the benefits of sleep the mercy as you describe it 😊
Nature’s Rhythm
After living this for 2 decades I can say this is the most optimal rhythm we can give the body and brain. This clock is spot on. Notice your personal rhythms and this one, especially sleep 10pm - 3am.

I settle in bed around 8:30-9 PM but I don’t always fall asleep until about 10: PM I wake up to pee around 2:00 AM but I don’t always get back to sleep. I have to be intentional about it. If I leave the phone alone and turn off the tv, and breathe while listening to sleep music I’ll fall back asleep 😉
