I’ve definitely made better food choices this week. Steps up too. Had some me time today and gave myself a manicure and pedicure (albeit basic). Still want to reduce alcohol.

Task 20mins
We are all too busy - too busy looking after everyone else doing things that just are autopilot duties - we don’t realise that we actually need to take a little bit time for ourselves. It’s something we all struggle to do, me included but today I am going to challenge you to take 20 minutes for yourself. Do something that is just for you - not for someone else - only you! Looking after my grandson today but he’s just gone down for a nap, so am having a cup of tea and a sit down ☺️
Steps
A work day yesterday (sitting almost constantly between 8-5), but was determined to try and get in 10,000 steps (which a few years back I did so easily). It wasn’t easy, but I did it - and I’m ready to do it again today x
