Huge News ! Lymphatic Drainage Protocol Being *Pioneered* By Melissa Rose !!
This is something I always have loved about the Vagus Nerve + Ultrasound world. Even back when I did coaching, while I always advised a general protocol of stimulating the Vagus Nerve, it's true that some clients felt an "intuitive" drive to place the Ultrasound in other places. It reminds me a lot of Christina H. who has an amazing story, where she placed the Ultrasound on her Sacral region around the tailbone. That immediately helped her body release immense amounts of trauma, and her health drastically improved within the ensuing weeks, it was a huge breakthrough in the application of Ultrasound across the many large branches of the Vagus Nerve and Parasympathetic System. So, Melissa Rose, you should absolutely try to follow her over on X.com Here's her post from today: https://x.com/MelRoBuilds/status/1915410953744637982 And I've included screenshots here in this post to review. And there absolutely are a LOT of studies indicating that the use of Ultrasound on lympatic and glymphatic (more in the brain) does a lot to promote effective drainage of the "bad stuff" - so cool ! So, if you have your Ultrasound already - All that information opens up on Level 2 btw ! And I know you can all get there if you haven't already. I would suggest you try it out if you particularly are having some degree of bodily retention of fluids in certain areas. But yeah, it's been so crazy to see the work I've helped promote online finally breaking into the world, the public world now. Nothing can stop an idea who's time has come. Happy Sounding ! -Sterling

Synchronizing Vagus Nerve Stimulation With Outward Breathing Boosts Effectiveness
This could be a really cool way to get extra out of your VNS devices. Try placing and the removing your device from the Vagus Nerve in accordance with your breathing: Inhaling, remove device. Exhaling, place device again. If you breathe at a rate of 5x5 (5 seconds in and 5 seconds out) you can get a good tempo going. Might only need to do for 2-3 minutes in this case. The reason this works is because when you are taking a calm exhale, your Vagus Nerve is more active, so adding the stimulation helps boost Vagus Nerve activity even higher. When you remove the device and you take a steady 5 second inhale, your other "Sympathetic" system is increasing in activity, taking over from the Vagus Nerve. So this method might actually help you get quite a lot more out of some of the handheld devices you are already using. It's worth giving a shot if you feel like trying it for yourself! And I have had clients in the VNS Program years ago do this with Ultrasound, and they reported it had a significantly higher calming effect than the standard of just placing the device and holding it there throughout the 5 minute session. But yeah, absolutely a cool new finding ! Share below in the comments what device you are using to enhance your Vagal Nerve Function ? https://neurosciencenews.com/brain-stimulation-heart-rate-28387/

I’ll have to try this. Thanks for the information.
Returning student/patient
I was a ‘student’ or ‘patient’ of Sterling a few years ago and was using ultrasound regularly. I lost track of you and am happy to find you again. Not sure where to start but I’m going to dig in. Good to ‘see’ you Sterling. I used ultrasound to calm down my nervous system post heart failure and to help while chronic nausea.

@Holly Carr It was very helpful. I did other things as well but for vns was what interrupted the cycle. It might have helped more if I could have used in on other parts of my body. My pacemaker is below my rib cage so I was limited as to where I could put it. If you have more questions I’m happy to share.
