Tell me …
I’d like to ask a question? Many of you completed the Stress Audit months ago. Life has kept moving. Businesses have grown. Grandbabies have been born. Clients still need you. Families still need you. So I’m wondering… Has your sleep changed at all? You can be honest. No judgment here. Because here’s the thing. When we don’t sleep well for weeks… then months… then years… we slowly begin believing that’s just how life is after 40. Don’t believe that. Our bodies are always communicating with us. Sometimes they’re whispering. Sometimes they’re waving both arms. And for many women, poor sleep is one of the first signals that your nervous system is asking for help. That’s why I care so much about teaching simple, consistent practices. Including the intentional use of Essential Oils to support rest instead of just pushing through another exhausted day. Wherever you are today, just tell me. I’m listening. ❤️

Good morning 🌞 I can fall asleep anywhere. At the computer, driving, on the couch. Depending on how tired I am, I might nod while in a conversation. 🤣 I never go to my bedroom until I'm ready to get in the bed and that is usually never before 12 midnight unless I don't feel well. I can't stay asleep when I go to bed. I'm a dreamer, tossing and turning. I have to have the most exhausting day in order to sleep at least 6 hours. I have to make myself go to bed and put the device down.

@Pat Terrell that's good advice you have to Halen. It's a coincidence that I am reading your PAUSE postings this morning and will complete the Stress Audit. I also feel at my age I need to make it a habit to take the daily Senior's Nap.

I hope to get this right at some point in time. Lol!
Lupus Pain
Hello all! It's been a minute since I've been in the community. I hope all is well.🙏🏾Do you have any suggestions for someone suffering with the joint pain while dealing with Lupus?
Your Body Has Never Been Your Enemy.
We spend so much time trying to quiet our bodies. Cover the headache. Ignore the fatigue. Push through the stress. Power past the anxiety. But what if your body isn’t interrupting your life? What if it’s trying to protect it? Your body has an incredible way of saying, “Something needs your attention.” It doesn’t use words. It uses tension. Sleeplessness. Tears. A racing mind. A knot in your stomach. None of these are signs that you’re broken. They’re invitations to become curious instead of critical. That’s why I believe understanding your body is just as important as caring for it. And it’s one of the reasons I love Essential Oils. Not because they make every problem disappear… But because they can help create moments of calm where we stop fighting our bodies long enough to finally hear what they’ve been saying. The body has been faithful all along. It has carried you through every hard season. Maybe today, instead of asking, “What’s wrong with me?” Ask, “What is my body trying to tell me?”

This is good, thanks for sharing. Now I'm dealing with a migraine. I believe my body is telling me I need to hydrate.

I have allergies and they are kicking up a storm worse this season. I blended an inhaler with lavender, eucalyptus, and peppermint. It actually helps with itchy throat, nose, and calms at the onset of a headache.
