I am Wahab from Chicago. My goal is to be able to do Pistol Squat, Muscle up, List, handstand etc. and improve mobility and flexibility. My work out space is my home office. I have a pull-up bar, gymnastic rings, powerblock adjustable dumbells and a yoga mat.

Hey everyone! Super excited to finally introduce myself and connect with this amazing community. I'm Wahab, a dad who's passionate about calisthenics and staying active for my family. Here are my answers to the starter questions: 1️⃣ What is your Instagram so we can all follow each other? You can find me on Instagram at @WahabShaik01. I'll definitely be following everyone back. I love seeing your progress and journeys! 2️⃣ What is your current goal? My main focus right now is hitting a solid 10 clean pull-ups and building the strength to hold a freestanding handstand. I'm also working on banishing some knee pain for good! 3️⃣ What skill do you want to master in the future? The dream skill is definitely the muscle-up! It just looks so powerful and represents a huge level of strength and control.
🌤️ Do You Prefer Training Indoors or Outdoors?
Curious question for everyone here 👇 Have you ever trained outside, at a park, beach, or just in your backyard, instead of indoors or at a gym? There’s something special about outdoor training… Fresh air, sunlight, and that feeling of freedom when you move. But indoor setups can be more convenient, no weather excuses, no waiting for bars, and everything’s right there. 👉 What about you? Which one do you prefer and why? (And if you’ve trained somewhere unique like a playground, forest, or rooftop!)

@Brandon Beauchesne-Hebert That's so true! It really is wild how a simple routine can create those unseen ripples. And to answer your question, we actually moved out of that house and city! We don't have a backyard anymore, but we were lucky to find a place with a huge park right across the street. So my jump rope routine has just relocated :) Now I'm known in the neighborhood as "that jump rope guy," and honestly? I feel pretty proud of that new identity. LOL! Thanks again for the kind words
