For years on end, I always found a gym, as soon as I landed on my vacation. In my head, I couldn't afford to take time away from exercise and "healthy" eating, even whilst on vacation. My time I've started to realise that unless you're going a way for a prolonged period, taking some time away from normal exercise is actually good for the mind. You do something different and basically prime yourself for when you get home. In that spirit all I have been doing thus far, is walking a lot,, some bodyweight exercises and drinking Czech beer and enjoying the local cuisine. What's you approach to fitness/health when on vacation?
