Feedback is Welcome
Hey guys, I wanted to reach out and see if anyone has any feedback for me on my Local AI infrastructure project build. Good or bad ... I am learning a lot and playing a lot so this is just one way of my progression... :)

1st Day of Due Diligence!
I can speak! Got the Claude setup done, It took a while only because I'm not playing around. I'm starting with my COO build, and will work down stream from there. Thanks @Jake Van Clief , this is literally the difference between failure and success. Truly next level my man.

@Jordan Shaw It is not day 1 but when you listen "many" gurus and everyone sound so good and promising now I have a mess on my hard drive... :)

@Etan Ayen I agree it’s amazing. I want to figure out how to use this methodology to my LocalAI stack I built
🏁 Playbooks 1.1 Check-In
The full animation workflow: Script → Spec → Build → Render. Where'd you land after watching?

@Tu Tuaiti Is everything gamefied?
I'm dumb. Here's proof.
I was today years old when I realized I did not have some of the most important files that you need in the folder structure that Jake teaches. During today's video call with the VIP group, he went on a deep-dive rabbit trail about the ICM folder methodology that he teaches in his foundations course (free). As he was discussing it, I went to check what my root folder looked like and I did not have a Claude.md or context.md file!!! My productivity skyrocketed ever since I implemented his folder strategy over a month ago, but little did I know that I hadn't even implemented it correctly. 🤯 🤯 🤯 This goes to show that massive action beats over planning every time!

@Mason Jacob @Ruben Aguirre I think there is a misunderstanding of my question, let me explain: I have Claude instance that I use for my work, works well. However if I use Claude for research of a different topic, (personal) Claude always thinks that result should be somehow mapped to existing instruction set so the results are delivered and summarized with "work" context. When @Ruben Aguirre mentioned that he didn't have .md files then he added it and it work better my question was related more towards how do you separate personal .md file from work .md file? Do you get a different subscription and separate it that way (logically) or every time I use work claude subscription I would have to preface with meta prompt telling claude to bypass work claude.md file which is pain in the ass... Was I clearer this time? Are there any simpler ways to manage that?
Who's here? Drop your intro.
Tell us three things: 1. What you do (job, industry, student, career-changer, whatever) 2. What brought you to Clief Notes 3. One thing you're trying to figure out right now related to computing or AI I'll respond to every single one. And read each other's intros too because the person who's stuck on the same problem as you might already be in this thread. I'll go first I am Jake, I have been working in tech for 15 Years, building with Generative AI for 3 Years straight now! Excited to teach and learn! That's it. Simple, scannable, gives you data on who's joining and what they need, and keeps the feed clear for content that retains people past week one.
