Question
I have a game tomorrow a division up from what I am currently playing and it is against the best team in the league what are things I can do to adjust to the speed of play because I know it will be faster so if anyone has any tips I would appreciate it

You won’t have time to react after you get the ball. Start scanning the field/court before it comes to you—know your next move in advance. Even just checking over your shoulder constantly makes a big difference.
