how do i think faster as a striker to scan see my team mate see wher th edefender is and make the best dicition pleas

joo gus give me tips about striker about how scan how to train that and how to finish 1v1 against keper or in the box bro realy if reading this pleas help me i need your help realy fast

i did scan training like i put the cone 4 diffrent coller and my sister behind me she culd chose one or 2 cones so like one cone white i had right white coler left green and behind me orange and blue to the side the if she had white i scan bothe site to se the cone then reacht and go to te white cone or if she had two one on his left hand and one on his right then i have to scan bothe but she on his one hand hold two cone next to each other so i see green one and blue two so first i go to green then go to blue and reset i dit this 15 min is that good to do after each tier training and then go and try on team training
