Template not picking up the Name while sending the WhatsApp msg
During creation of template to send WhatsApp message to individuals or campaign, selecting "lead" Module & picking up name field from the Target Module. lead name, Still while sending it is not picking up the name, team pls guide on the same

Furthermore, to streamline the notification process for above mentioned usescase, I recommend utilizing the workflow mechanism in Sangam CRM. Leveraging this feature allows for real-time messaging to customers, and if you have a Gallabox subscription, you can even send WhatsApp messages for a more immediate and interactive communication experience.

@Rahul Rafaliya In this case campaign won't help you. You should set workflow and it will send notification to customer acoordingly to condition.
Single Sign-on Configuration with Microsoft 365
We are using Microsoft 365 for Unified Communication solution. We would like to use Microsoft Azure Active directory as single sign-on for CRM so our user does not required to remember multiple passwords and MFA can also be implemented. is it possible to do so ?

Hi @Divyesh Doshi Sir, Yes, Its available in both the platform. You can enable it from Sangam CRM Admin Panel > Single Sign On.
